A volumetric pump that utilizes the features of a flexible stainless steel bellows diaphragm. For gas recycling and purification, hydrogen gas, and ammonia gas!
■Excellent airtightness
The structure of the welded bellows and sealed housing allows for highly airtight suction and discharge. Helium leak tightness: 1×10(-6) to 1×10(-10) Pa·m³/sec
■No contamination
The bellows and the lead valve, which are the gas contact parts, have no structural wear areas, ensuring no contamination of the fluid gas.
■High corrosion resistance
The materials used for the gas contact parts are 300 series stainless steel, which is resistant to degradation and corrosion. Teflon or Viton gaskets are used for the valves, and by selecting aluminum O-rings (gaskets) as an option, the entire gas contact section can be made of metal construction.
■Long lifespan
The bellows and valves in the moving parts are designed and manufactured at stress levels below the durability limits of the materials used, allowing them to withstand nearly infinite operating cycles. Additionally, manufacturing facilities that meet aerospace and nuclear equipment-level quality control requirements, along with standardized welding processes and techniques, ensure the reliability and stability of high-performance product performance.
